The Extraordinary General Assembly of Vertika Company was held on Tuesday 12/28/2021 at 3:00 PM at the company’s headquarters and decided to unanimously approve the amendment of Articles Six and Seven of the company’s Articles of Association and increase the company’s capital from 2,353,000 EGP to 3,058,900 EGP, based on the decision of the company’s Ordinary General Assembly dated 3/31/2021 to distribute free shares at a rate of 0.30 shares for each share financed from retained earnings and profits for the year 2020.
